Security Relationship Manager (219)
Johnson Security Bureau, Inc. seeks a well rounded Security Relationship Manager to join our team. The Security Relationship Manager will work closely with senior management to supervise operations and provide direction to Security Professionals at sites and special events.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing security services program, to ensure unforgettable security experiences through unmatched service

Oversee the daily operation of security services, training, staffing, scheduling, call outs and payroll.

Plan for and ensure that all personnel, facilities, and materials are in complete readiness for operation

Maintain compliance with safety and security protocols
-
Manage the staffing level by ensuring appropriate staffing utilization, per staffing levels and appropriate manpower to run an efficient operation

Responsible for the development of Security Professionals: training, coaching, counsel, and mentoring to increase client & team member satisfaction

Create detail reports on each performance including Site Reports and Incident/Accident Reports

Manage and record all Floor Field Supervisor Reports
-
Oversee and manage all special and holiday coverages
-
Oversee uniforms for staff
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Candidates must have proven management experience in client services.
Experience in people management, planning, fostering teamwork and providing feedback is imperative for this role.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with superior communication, organization, conflict resolution skills and have an ability to manage with a leveled approach at all times.
All Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to pass an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
